Pennsylvania School Bus Safety Report (April 2023)

Pennsylvania has taken a leadership role in safeguarding the students that travel to and from school every day. Much work remains.

Our School Bus Safety Report is published monthly and covers the previous month. Have a look at results for March.

As of March 2023 in Pennsylvania, only 8% of school buses are equipped with safety technology, safeguarding just 9% of the students that are transported on school buses every day.
