Role: Correspondence Team Lead – Allentown, PA
Location: In office role (No remote opportunities)
Job Type: Full Time position (Monday to Friday-8-5pm)

Reporting to the Client Operations Manager, the Correspondence team lead will be responsible for providing quality and efficient correspondence and evidence packets through the daily management of their team. Additionally, the position is responsible for assisting the Client Operations Manager with development, analysis and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling and reward/recognition programs.
What we need you to do:
- Ensure accuracy of all incoming and outgoing correspondence of citizen contested citations created by your team (citation processing and documentation, managing court process for citations and all external communications with local court officials including evidence packets, court scheduling and follow up
- Main point of contact for external court officials and internal program managers
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed correspondence metrics while providing accurate letters and evidence packets
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures
- Provide support to the Client Operations Manager to ensure successful completion of various activities
- Updates job knowledge by studying the school bus laws in the different jurisdiction BusPatrol operates
- Train front line employees, conduct team meetings and manage multiple projects at one time
- The selected individual should always be prepared, responsive and willing to meet each challenge directly
What you bring:
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a manager or Administrative Team Lead
- Must present themselves in a professional manner
- Experience leading a team and driving accountability
- The Correspondence Team Lead must possess highly efficient computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, outlook, power point)
- Must have solid verbal and written communication skills, effective time management skills and a results-orientation
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to adapt to change
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in ADP payroll system is preferred, but not mandatory
