Location: Tower 6, 600 Hamilton St., Allentown, PA 18101 (No remote opportunities)

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Processor Team Leadthe successful candidates will be instrumental in helping to build a productive and reliable Processor practice which is a major component to our business model.  We need a team of dedicated, accurate and reliable processors to process all video evidence packaging in proper format for presentation to the Police force. 

What we need you to do:

  • We need you to help us identify motorists who illegally pass stopped school buses, endangering the lives of young students. 
  • You will be responsible for watching each event video that has been identified by a Reviewer to determine whether a car has violated the law by passing a stopped school bus. 
  • The video processor must possess basic computer skills and be capable of learning basic automated tasks associated with video review and processing  
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed video processor metrics while providing accurate and quality evidence videos 
  • Processing confidential data and information in the BusPatrol database 
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending process improvements 
  • Updates job knowledge by studying the current school bus laws in the different jurisdiction BusPatrol operates 
  • The video processor will be responsible for assisting the Processor Team Lead with goals and team projects 

What you bring:

  • The video processor must possess basic computer skills and be capable of learning basic automated tasks associated with video review and processing

  • High school diploma or GED required 
  • Must be able to adapt to change
